We have worked with Mark Johnson for many years. He first helped us buy our current home back in 2012. We were moving from WA to WI and only had 2 days in Hudson WI to look at houses. Mark spent nearly all day both days taking us to look at many houses (I honestly lost track of how many). He was very knowledgeable of the area and did a great job finding properties that met our needs/wants. He was also great at working long-distance and helping us to coordinate our move-in date on the same day we arrived in WI for good. We are currently working with him in search of a new house. He has been great about getting us into new-on-the-market properties very quickly, even with our less than flexible schedule. He is also very knowledgeable about lending practices for different situations (having improvements built-into the loan, new construction loans, ect.). Throughout both experiences, past and current, he has been great at helping us to negotiate offers. He has an excellent knowledge of home/land values and is very considerate of our opinions and budget requirements.
