Even though we had a lot of issues with the seller and financing and missing closing dates due to circumstances outside our control, Mark was great with keeping up with the situation, keeping me informed and providing good recommendations on what to do next. He never showed me any homes for sale outside my price range unless he felt strongly that we could negotiate the price much lower, so I never felt any pressure about buying a more expensive home, nor did he specifically show me houses that Coldwell Banker Burnet alone had listed. I am now happily residing in my first home that The Johnson Group helped me choose!
