Wayne was born and raised in Hudson, WI and graduated from Hudson High School and received his college degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. Wayne has 40+ years’ experience in Management, Marketing, Negotiation, and Sales. Prior to entering the real estate profession he was employed by Paramax Corp. (Unysis) 1973-1993 as a Marketing/Management Executive. Being a 50+ year waterfront owner has opened up the opportunity for Wayne to specialize for 30+ years in Western Wisconsin Waterfront Real Estate. Wayne and Rhonda have two sons, Brian and Mark, and six grandchildren. Wayne and Rhonda enjoy traveling to Arizona every winter to relax and take in the Milwaukee Brewers spring training.
